Testimonial - Ray Flude, Leicestershire & Leicester City Learning Partnership Manager
Sue has earned respect, trust, credibility from the Learning Partnership partners, a reputation for impartiality and a track record for fostering successful collaborative projects. As well as working with our FE and LA partners she has worked with a considerable number of community groups of all kinds with similar success.
Among her considerable skills are effective planning, coordination, collaboration and excellent inter-personal skills and leadership. All this coupled with an ability to see the bigger strategy picture but without losing the attention to detail necessary to follow long sequences of project development, with partners, through to completion.
Sue has made an invaluable contribution to the work of the Partnership and she has played a highly significant role in the collaborative environment of Leicestershire.
